Inspired Apartments Barcelona
Our spacious apartments, ideal for families or 2 couples, are situated in a renovated and refurbished 19th century property in the heart of the historic gothic quarter. Located just 5 minutes away from the famous pedestrian street Las Ramblas, the iconic Barcelona Cathedral and the lively El Borne; you can step outside and discover the maze of pedestrian streets and enjoy the many diverse neighbourhoods, cultural attractions, cafes, tapas bars, restaurants and local craft shops that make up the old city.
With the marina, Barceloneta neighbourhood and beach close at hand, and the metro only a few minutes away, this is the ideal base to explore the unique historical and vibrant city of Barcelona.
Each apartment has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished with balconies overlooking the street. The very spacious 90m² apartments comprise 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas with soft and hard furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the city view from the shared rooftop terrace, reached by lift, complete with sun-loungers, tables and chairs, and for the exclusive use of the apartments.
Should you encounter any problems, require advice or recommendations, or help with a reservation, our staffed reception on the ground floor is open each Monday to Sunday. We can also provide luggage storage services during the day, an early check in or a late check out is possible according to availability and for those arriving by car, there is a private parking close by.

Inspired Apartments are situated a few metres away from the Roman walls which enclosed the city of Barcino, later to become known as Barcelona, founded in 10BC by the Emperor Augustus. The Gothic quarter is the oldest part of the Ciutat Vella – Old City and Inspired Apartments represents an ideal base from which to explore the many streets and buildings that make up this unique neighbourhood.

Each apartment can fit up to 7 people. However, it is possible to book more than one apartment.
Is it possible to check-in late at night?
Yes. You can check-in any time. There’s a late check-in fee to be paid on arrival for check-ins after 8:00pm of 35€.
Which is the best way to arrive at Inspired Apartments from the Airport?
The easiest and fastest way is by taxi. It should take around 30 minutes. Other options are the train (closest train station is Estació de França), metro (closest metro station is Jaume I from L4) or the Aerobus.
How much is the Tourist Tax? Who has to pay it?
The tourist tax is 4.40 Euros per adult per night. People under 18 don’t have to pay for it.
Is it needed to show any documentation on arrival?
Yes. We need passports or ID cards from everybody who is staying at Inspired Apartments.
Is the property quiet at night?
The apartment is very well soundproofed and it faces a quiet street.
Is it possible to drive until the entrance door to drop the suitcases?
Regomir Street is narrow but cars can drive through with no problems. You can stop right in front of the apartment’s building door.
How does the damage deposit work?
You can pay the damage deposit by card or in cash on arrival and it will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment.
How close is the beach?
Barceloneta beach is 15 minutes away walking from the apartments.
